Responsibilities & Context
Preparing and submission of work plans and work reports
Regularly completing the assigned work in the area by driving a motorcycle (Must have own vehicle)
Participating in weekly staff meetings at specific time
Providing necessary support to the concerned supervisor in the implementation of field activities
Discussion should be done on topic and should be implemented. Submitting progress report every month
The report must be submitted every month at the scheduled time
Collecting outstanding loans and savings by working outside of specified hours or on holidays
Presenting new ideas for the development of the area in weekly/monthly meetings
To keep the reputation of the organization intact
Be diligent in upholding and obeying the rules and regulations of the organization
Completing the target within the specified time
To carry out any other duties assigned by the organization during the scheduled working hours.
