Skills Required : SHUKHEE SHEBA KENDRA (SSK) operations; service quality control; field coordination; training; escalation management.
Working Experience : Minimum 5-7 years in operations, healthcare, field service, or quality management. Distributed network experience preferred.
Work Location : Head Office with SHUKHEE SHEBA KENDRA (SSK) field coordination.
Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee SHUKHEE SHEBA KENDRA (SSK) onboarding readiness and activation.
- Quality-check onboarded SHUKHEE SHEBA KENDRA (SSK)s against service standards.
- Maintain SHUKHEE SHEBA KENDRA (SSK) visit and route plans.
- Ensure training completion for SHUKHEE SHEBA KENDRA (SSK) teams.
- Support Ambassadors with daily operational guidance.
- Resolve SHUKHEE SHEBA KENDRA (SSK) service issues through escalation.
- Monitor medicine, referral and call flows.
- Track SHUKHEE SHEBA KENDRA (SSK) performance, compliance and service quality.
- Coordinate with Regional Operation teams for field execution.
- Report SHUKHEE SHEBA KENDRA (SSK) risks, gaps and corrective actions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. SHUKHEE SHEBA KENDRA (SSK) onboarding completion rate
2. SHUKHEE SHEBA KENDRA (SSK) quality-check closure rate
3. Training and visit plan compliance
4. Ambassador issue resolution time
5. SHUKHEE SHEBA KENDRA (SSK) service quality improvement
