Responsibilities & Context
- Face to Face Customer Support.
- Receive customer`s phone calls and answer queries;
- Customers schedule according to the day and time;
- Regularly maintain and update customer`s database based on information;
- Driving customer retention programs to ensure loyalty;
- Manage customers complains accordingly;
- Ensure customer services according to the given requirements;
- Continuously improve knowledge through reading and self-study.
- Others activities as advised by supervisor and management;
- Government, private sector retired women and bankers can apply.
- job location inside Dhaka
- People working in banks and insurance companies will be given priority to have the ability to run branches.
