Experience

    Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales/ Marketing. Experience in Food Service is preferred.
  • Product Knowledge on Cheese, Butter and other Food Service products.
  • Strong understanding of the food service industry, including trends, customer needs, and product offerings.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Analyse sales data and develop strategic business plans.
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation and Relationship building skill

To strengthen our continuous business growth ambition in Bangladesh, Arla Foods is currently looking for an energetic and strategic individual for the position of Brand Executive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic brand plans to promote brand growth and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with creative, digital and media agencies to deploy on-time-in-full campaigns
  • Support new product launches by coordinating with local, global and external stakeholders
  • Regularly arrange internal product testing sessions for NPDs and share results with recommendations
  • Review brand performance and share new/improvement ideas for digital footprint monthly
  • Regularly visit market and consumer households to gather insights on consumer behaviour, competitor activities & industry trends
  • and identify areas for improvement and innovation
  • Prepare regular reports & presentations on brand performance and marketing campaigns with actionable recommendations
  • Assist in conducting market and consumer research to monitor brand performance metrics.
