Responsibilities & Context

FAST GROUP is looking for brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

Category & Brand Management

  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategies for the assigned products and ensuring strong market positioning and consumer relevance.
  • Oversee consumer insight analysis to guide product positioning, packaging design, and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to optimize category growth, market penetration, and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to align brand strategies with retail and distribution channels for maximum impact.
  • Work cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless product execution.
  • Track category performance, brand health, and competitor activity, refining strategies as needed.

Product Development & Innovation:

  • Develop new products and enhance existing ones to ensure differentiation, relevance, and consumer appeal.
  • Work closely with packaging suppliers to design cost-effective yet premium packaging solutions that align with brand identity.
  • Ensure packaging and product innovations meet consumer needs, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.

Sales & Market Performance Analysis:

  • Identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and sales data reviews to guide brand decisions.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and trade activations, making data-driven adjustments.
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize channel strategies, pricing, and promotional activities.

Marketing & Campaign Execution:

  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and consumer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to create compelling brand content and promotional materials.
  • Plan and implement digital, in-store, and traditional activations to drive awareness and sales.
  • Support the trade marketing and sales teams by providing marketing materials, promotional strategies, and insights to enhance execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Budget Planning & Forecasting:

  • Assist in developing the Annual Marketing Plan & Budget, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage brand marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI.

Online Presence:

  • Oversee the brand’s digital presence across e-commerce platforms, social media, and owned websites.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement strategies across all online touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal content developers, agencies, content creators & influencers to drive visibility, traffic, and conversions.
  • Monitor online brand sentiment, consumer feedback, and digital performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Develop data-driven media buying strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and efficiency in targeting the right audience.
