Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics).
  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing roles, with a track record of successful brand building and campaign execution.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing compelling brand stories and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis tools, as well as familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives. This includes defining brand positioning, target audience, and key messaging.
  • Brand Identity Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of brand identity elements such as logos, taglines, visual assets, and brand guidelines. Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition and resonate with target audiences.
  •  Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand differentiation. Analyze data to track brand performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Product Development Support: Work closely with product development teams to ensure that new products or product enhancements align with the brand’s positioning and meet customer needs.
  •  Brand Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and visibility through various channels, including advertising, social media, PR, events, and sponsorships.
  •  Brand Guardianship: Serve as the brand’s chief advocate and guardian, ensuring that all brand-related communications and activities adhere to brand guidelines and uphold brand integrity.
  •  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product development, and customer service to align brand initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure a consistent brand experience for customers.
  •  Budget Management: Manage the brand’s budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that yield the highest return on investment and monitoring expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals.
