Responsibilities & Context
- Provides key analytics and insights to the top management to ensure the leadership team has a clear pulse on the business, helping the team to drive business decisions and manufacturing strategy.
- Refine the end-to-end process of tracking the manufacturing funnel and operational metrics, delivering regular insights to the business.
- Create, analyze, and maintain reports, the dashboard on all metrics and KPI’s of manufacturing that assist top management in managing the business and measuring the progress, and understating the complex data in a simple form.
- Collects data for analysis and makes recommendations for improvement within the manufacturing processes.
- Assist with the preparation of presentation materials for the manufacturing head, top management, and other stakeholders (internal & external)
- Develop and automate customized dashboards tailored to specific business and team needs.
- Build strong collaborative relationships across the departments ensuring alignment with proposed strategies and plans and facilitating collaboration towards achieving common goals and outcomes.
- Track the performance of manufacturing teams, perform strategic analysis, and design processes to enable the organization to scale efficiently.
