Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Requirements

Age 20 to 32 years

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
Customer-centric mindset with a knack for understanding clients’ needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good Command in Computer Literacy especially in MS Office.

Responsibilities & Context

Collaborate with clients to craft their perfect travel itinerary.
Create a positive work environment for fellow employees.
Uphold company’s reputation as a top-tier travel agency through quality customer service and good results.
Build and maintain positive relationships with tourism organizations, including hotels, restaurants, tour vendors, and event-ticketing companies.
Help navigate foreign or domestic travel requirements, such as passports, visas, or vaccinations.
Stay up to date on the latest travel industry news and trends, such as cultural events and emergencies.
Answer emails and calls from clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their travel plans ·
Work with clients to make last-minute changes or updates to their itinerary·
Work closely with the design team to prepare & update designs & Contents for Social Media Posting.
Passion for generating new ideas to make innovative tour packages & make addition of new country tour packages to serve more customers’ need.
Weekly corporate office visits to generate sales.
Provide end to end solutions for the customer: From Visa Support, Air Tickets Solution, Proposal Preparation, Customized Tour Itinerary Creation to Final Payment Collection.
