Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology, Diploma in Engineering in Computer Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science

• • Bachelor’s degree in CSE/IT Minimum CGPA 3.75+/4.
  • Diploma in CE/IT Minimum CGPA 3.85+/4.

Experience

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

Location: Dhanmondi-2, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound client calls and inquiries regarding all IT services.
• Assess client needs and assign them to the appropriate department.
• Provide professional communication and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow up as needed.
