Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Lead Generation (foreign market preferred).
- Experience in the homecare/healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of working with U.S.-based clients.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation, CRM tools, and data visualization preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with state-level healthcare regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (speaking & writing).
- Strong analytical and research skills with a keen understanding of the U.S. homecare/healthcare market.
Responsibilities & Context
Care Guide BD is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive (Homecare/Healthcare Market Focus). This role plays a key part in expanding our U.S. footprint by identifying market trends, analyzing competitors, and generating high-quality leads aligned with our service goals.
Location: Dhaka (On-site – Mohakhali, Gulshan Road)
Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM (Mon-Fri) (Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on the U.S. homecare/healthcare industry across targeted states, including regulatory environments, demographic needs, and service gaps.
- Identify and profile potential referral sources, partner organizations, and client segments.
- Develop and maintain a lead database segmented by state, service type, and priority level.
- Collaborate with the branding and outreach team to tailor messaging based on regional insights.
- Provide weekly reports summarizing findings, lead quality, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging trends to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to convert leads into business opportunities.
