𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Sajan Group, a leading piping manufacturer, is seeking a versatile Business Development Executive or Senior Executive with expertise in digital marketing. This role blends strategic business development with digital marketing to drive growth, identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and enhance market presence.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the piping industry.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

• Create and execute business development strategies and look for daily operations that align with the company’s growth objectives.

• Collaborate with internal & external teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies, to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and marketing analytics to senior management.

• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote Sajan Group’s offerings.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field.

• Preferred 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.

• Experience/ Interest in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.

• Understanding of the piping industry is a plus.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
