Responsibilities & Context
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Build and manage client relationships, driving customer acquisition and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Drive sales for RMG/ERP solutions (if applicable). Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
