Responsibilities & Context

T & S Buttons (BD) Ltd, a Hong Kong-based multinational company, is seeking dynamic, hardworking, and intelligent candidates for the position of Business Development Manager.

Job Objective:

Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Expand the customer base and enhance sales performance.
Provide tailored solutions to clients and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and preferences.
Analyze competitors and develop competitive strategies.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the product development team to introduce new products.
Set and monitor sales targets using KPIs.
Oversee the sales process from order receipt to payment realization.
Participate in trade shows and industry events.
