Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Ignition Marketing Ltd. The Business Development Manager will work closely with our marketing teams to develop strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and target potential clients, markets, and partnerships to expand the agency’s reach.
  • Establish long-term client relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to create and execute sales strategies that achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Create and deliver business proposals and presentations to potential clients, clearly communicating service benefits.
  • Lead client negotiations to finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
