Business Development Manager for Group & Health Insurance.

Responsibilities:

• To lead the Business Development of Group & Health Insurance.

• Assume overall responsibility to set-up marketing strategy to develop the business growth.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and increase revenue from new and existing clients.

• Set and track sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure goals are met.

• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline management, and revenue forecasts.
