Proven working Experience in Reservation & Ticketing Department.
Must have knowledge about WORLD MAP.
Excellent knowledge on Amadeus and Galileo Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group booking)
Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
Passion for travel and the ability to share that enthusiasm with others.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in travel consultancy or a related field is preferred but not required.

Provide professional and courteous service to clients over the phone and email.
Advise clients on travel options, including destinations, flights, accommodations, and activities.
Create custom travel itineraries that align with client preferences and budgets.
Manage booking processes, including securing payments and handling necessary documentation.
Build and maintain relationships with airline and travel industry partners to ensure competitive pricing and seamless travel experiences
