• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic data visualization tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Additional Details:
• Start Date: We expect the intern to ideally start on May 1, 2025.
• Festival Bonus: As this is a short-term internship contract, the intern will not be eligible for any festival bonuses during the period.
• Full-Time Opportunity: Outstanding interns may be offered a full-time position after the internship ends.

Responsibilities & Context

We’re looking for a curious, driven, and detail-oriented Business Research Intern to join our team for a paid internship of 3 to 6 months. This is a full-time, on-site position with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role based on performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support business and product development.
• Analyze features offered by competitors, both locally and globally, and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Prepare structured reports and presentations to guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the product team (tech leads and agriculture experts) to provide insights that shape development direction.
• Participate in internal meetings to present research findings and contribute to business planning.
• Work directly under the supervision of the CEO.
