Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts to foster loyalty and increase retention.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate cable solutions.
Prepare and present compelling proposals that clearly outline the benefits and features of our services.
Work closely with marketing, technical support, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics in CRM systems.
Maintain a high volume of daily outbound corporate sales calls.
To collect orders and payments from corporate clients.
To submit work orders with DO process sheet in the office.
Prepare daily client visit reports.
Engaging with new prospective corporate customers and representing the company.
