Responsibilities & Context

• Skilled in using CAD pattern-making software like Lectra to create patterns based on buyer requirements shared by the garment merchandiser, ensuring on-time delivery.

• Responsible for reviewing sketches and samples to develop prototypes that meet buyer specifications.
• Collaborate with sample makers, cutters, merchandisers, technicians, and senior team members for smooth coordination.
• Handle pattern corrections and offer technical support during sample development and production stages.

• Focus on reducing costs by streamlining processes, minimizing waste, and reducing rejections.

• Strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Continuously stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques.
