Responsibilities & Context

Required Skills:

• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Odoo, Vtiger).
• Strong programming knowledge
• Backend: Python, PHP, Node.js, Java
• Frontend: JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Expertise in API development & integration (REST, SOAP, Webhooks).
• Familiarity with call center solutions (Asterisk, Vicidial, Avaya, Twilio, 3CX).
• Basic understanding of VoIP, IVR, and cloud-based call center and IP-PBX systems.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and integrate CRM systems with call center solutions.
• Automate workflows, build dashboards, and enhance user experience.
• Implement API integrations for seamless data flow between platforms.
• Troubleshoot CRM and call center technical issues.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and system performance.
