Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a qualified Customer Service & call Centre sales executive to manage a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Job Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidates need to Contact and collect information from the clients.

• Interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.

• Daily Follow up.

• Try to achieve sales target.

• Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct.

• Maintain strong working relationships with all clients.

• Schedule appointments with the Clients for office visit & virtual meeting.

• Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct,

• Prepare all the documents according to the checklist and hand over to clients.
