Responsibilities & Context

  • Proficiency in managing customers over phone calls, follow-ups, and texts is mandatory.
  • Respond to incoming messages and phone inquiries.
  • Determine to support or assist customers after sales.
  • Handle & Manage Logistics Calls ( Couriers & Riders)Manage Courier entries and Delivery Confirmation.
  • Keep Track of Inventory to ensure stocks.
  • Manage Official Facebook pages accordingly and collect leads from relevant sources.
  • Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date Daily and monthly sales reports.
  • Handle & resolve customer complaints and communicate issues with the team’s help.
  • Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management.
  • Understand the needs of business customers.
  • Record sales and order information or enter sales information into a computer system.
  • Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet sales targets
