- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage but not required.

Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with sales inquiries. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in the automotive industry in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding vehicle inquiries, pricing, and availability.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products and services to potential buyers.
- Assist customers with the purchasing process, including guiding them through the sales process and facilitating transactions.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics and sales quotas.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide excellent service to customers.
