Education

Retired personnel from the armed forces (Army/Navy/Air Force) are highly preferred.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Additional Requirements

Prior experience in a supervisory or administrative role, preferably in an educational institution.
Strong leadership, observation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain discipline and communicate effectively with students and staff.
Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Physically fit and able to work in a dynamic school environment.

Oversee campus security, safety, and discipline across the entire school premises.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of support staff (guards, cleaners, maintenance personnel).
Monitor student movement and behavior during arrival, break times, and dismissal.
Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and orderliness of school facilities.
Report and respond promptly to any safety, disciplinary, or operational issues.
Assist in logistical arrangements for school events, drills, and emergencies.
Enforce school policies and guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful environment
