Education

BBA from a reputed university

Experience

At least 1 year
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be highly motivated to work in the plant.

Responsibilities & Context

Manage day-to-day factory petty cash operations and maintain accurate transaction records.

Prepare, verify, and reconcile petty cash vouchers with proper supporting documents.

Administer the petty cash fund in compliance with internal controls and authorization procedures.

Prepare petty cash reports for management review and audit.

Monitor petty cash expenditures and support cost-control initiatives.

Maintain VAT records and ensure compliance with applicable VAT regulations.
