• Familiarity with digital payment platforms and POS systems (preferred).

Responsibilities & Context

City Kebab and Cafe is a renowned restaurant known for its high-quality food and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking two (2) professional and detail-oriented Cashiers to join our team and ensure seamless daily operations at our counters.

Work Location: City Kebab and Cafe, Ecb Chattar, Cantonement, Dhaka-1206.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Includes a 2-hour rest break; schedule may vary based on workload).

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Handling & Counter Operations:

• Operate the cash register, payment terminals, and billing system efficiently.
• Accurately process customer payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily transaction records.
• Ensured the cash drawer was balanced and reported any discrepancies to management promptly.

Customer Service & Sales Support:

• Greeted customers warmly and handled billing inquiries with professionalism.
• Assist with home delivery orders and coordinate effectively with the delivery team.
• Manage and update online food ordering platforms (e.g., Foodpanda, Pathao, HungryNaki).

Restaurant Operations & Digital Tasks:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workspace at the counter.
• Capture and edit high-quality food photos/videos for social media promotions.
• Support the execution of online marketing campaigns as required.

• Shift & Duty Flexibility: Work responsibilities, shift timings, and duties may vary during Ramadan or other peak periods as per management requirements.
• Workplace Discipline: Employees must adhere to company policies, including maintaining confidentiality and handling responsibilities with sincerity.
