Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control.
Knowledge of food safety and proper storage techniques.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory tracking.
Ability to handle heavy lifting and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage inventory of all catering supplies, raw materials, and equipment.
Receive, inspect, and store food ingredients and kitchen essentials properly.
Keep track of stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
Issue ingredients and supplies to kitchen staff as per requirements.
Monitor expiry dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) method is followed.
Coordinate with the purchase department to replenish stock when necessary.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the storage area.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
