Responsibilities & Context
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and areas for growth to expand the company’s market presence.
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Check each product for defects, proper stitching, and functionality of hardware.
- Conduct durability tests (e.g., weight tests, stress tests) to ensure product longevity.
- Ensure products meet industry standards and regulations.
- Ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation of the factory, including inventory management, production planning, and supply chain logistics.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Develop and manage the company’s budget, ensuring financial health and profitability.
- Foster a positive, inclusive company culture that encourages teamwork, innovation, and accountability.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
