- Proven experience as Chef or similar role in a café or food service outlet.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ability to handle a POS machine.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chef on a contractual basis to manage our snacks corner, ensuring high-quality food and beverage preparation, excellent customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare variety of beverages including coffee (Capachino, Mocha, Hot coffee, Cold coffee), Milk shake, Juice, Lacchi, and Faluda.
- Prepare food items such as Chicken Fry.
- Maintain proper order and display of pastry and bakery items.
- Manage stock levels of raw materials and ensure inventory control.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards at the snacks corner.
- Handle customer payments through the POS machine.
- Strictly adhere to all Health, Safety, Security, and cash handling procedures.
