Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Diploma in Engineering in Chemical Technical/Engineering

Experience

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Textile, Chemical Industries, Handicraft, Boutique/ Fashion, Dyeing Factory

Additional Requirements

• Age 26 to 40 years

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma above in Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Dyeing & Finishing Engineering, or related fields;

• At least 5 years of experience in textile dyeing, with prior experience in the wig industry preferred;

• Familiar with dyeing processes and techniques, especially for synthetic fibers;

• Develop and implement safety procedures for staff working with hazardous materials.

• Good knowledge of dyes and their applications in textile fibers;

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in teams;

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and proficient in English communication.

• Computer Skill : Microsoft Office Applications.

• Work at production floor and Laboratory.

Responsibilities & Context

• We are a foreign-invested wig manufacturing company located in Bangladesh, specializing in the research, production, and global sales of high-quality wigs. As our business continues to expand rapidly, we are looking for talented engineering professionals with a background in chemical engineering and rich experience in textile dyeing to join our team.

• Responsible for researching and improving the fiber dyeing processes during wig production;

• Develop and optimize wig dyeing processes to ensure color stability and consistency;

• Develop new dyeing techniques and color formulations according to customer requirements;

• Collaborate closely with the production team to solve technical issues in the dyeing process;

• Monitor the production processes in the dyeing workshop to ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards;

• Conduct regular technical training to enhance the team’s overall dyeing process skills.
