Additional Requirements

8 to 10+ years in AI leadership, with expertise in ML, NLP, deep learning, and generative AI.
Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Deep knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to scale AI solutions and lead high-performing teams.
Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines.

Define and execute the company’s AI strategy and vision.
Lead AI research, innovation, and development to enhance product offerings.
Oversee AI/ML model development, optimization, and deployment.
Implement MLOps best practices to ensure scalable AI solutions.
Ensure AI solutions are secure, explainable, and unbiased.
Develop and enforce data governance and compliance policies (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Drive AI ethics frameworks and ensure responsible AI use.
Build and lead a high-performing AI team of researchers and engineers.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams for AI integration.
Identify AI-driven opportunities for process automation and business growth.
Represent the company in AI conferences, partnerships, and industry events.
Stay updated on AI trends, technologies, and regulations.Foster AI collaborations with academic institutions and industry leaders.
Advocate for AI-driven business transformation and innovation.
Ensure AI initiatives align with the company’s overall business strategy.
