Responsibilities & Context
Location: Chattogram (Farzana Group) Head office
Key Responsibilities:
- Be fully conversant with the relevant provision in the Tax & VAT Act with rules & SROs issued by NBR from time to time.
- Analysis of monthly and yearly GP, NP, Sale, collection and cost of fund.
- Conduct financial monitoring of the office.
- Handle Internal/External Audit of the company and prepare management response on audit findings.
- Responsible to handle all bank relevant functions properly.
- Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
- Lead the Finance & Accounts department and oversee all financial reporting
- Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support executive decisions.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risk management.
- Support strategic initiatives, including partnerships, joint ventures, and capital expansion.
