- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Labaid Cancer Hospital into its next phase of strategic growth and excellence. The CEO will be responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring operational and financial sustainability, and upholding the highest international standards of patient care, safety, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership, direction, and oversight across all hospital operations.
- Drive organizational growth through business development, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure consistent delivery of patient-centered, high-quality services aligned with JCI standards.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance management to achieve sustainable profitability.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across all departments.
- Strengthen relationships with physicians, clinical leaders, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Champion digital transformation and data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors to implement long-term strategic objectives.
