Responsibilities:
- To monitor & ensure daily, weekly and monthly activity of Resort.
- Assists in ensuring that standards of service are met by training and mentoring the staff.
- Close monitoring of Visitor comments in the comment books.
- Monitoring guest check in and check out Monitor visitor’s trend.
- Ensure proper documentation of bill voucher.
- Prepare monthly collection.
- Prepare monthly receipt & payment statement Conduct market survey on competitor’s activities, planning, strategies and recommended management creative suggestion for business planning.
- Ensure comfortable environment Ensure room and furniture neat and clean.
- Give direction to receptionist, house keeper, room attendant and cleaner Take immediately necessary action if guest has any complain about room service/environment.
