Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Vendor Managers / Client Coordinators to join our Property Preservation Division. This role requires managing U.S.-based subcontractors, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the timely completion of field services in the property preservation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a network of subcontractors across various U.S. states
• Coordinate with U.S.-based clients regarding property preservation tasks and timelines
• Monitor work order status and ensure all assignments are completed on time
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with clients and contractors
• Negotiate rates, assign tasks, and follow up to ensure quality work is delivered
• Handle escalation issues, provide reports, and ensure service-level expectations are met
• Use internal tools and platforms to track job progress and vendor compliance

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• 1-2 years of Experience in Vendor Management and client coordination
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the U.S property Preservation industry
• Prior experience working in BPO Firm is preferred
• Excellentverbal and written English Communtation Skills
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently
• Age must be at least 24 years
