Responsibilities & Context

We are a facility maintenance company based in North Canton, OH. We provide renovation, repair, and maintenance services for commercial and residential locations.

Our services include landscaping, locksmithing, pothole repairs, handyman work, concrete, electric, plumbing, HVAC, cleaning, pressure washing, flooring, glass repair, window and door repairs, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with US Clients and Vendors
• Tele Sales
• Negotiate Pricing with US Clients and Vendors
• Create bids and invoices for the Clients and Vendors.
• Maintain work updates within an Excel sheet.
• Software and Application Management.
• Collaborate with the Team Members to make successful deals.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and yearly targets that the Manager/Supervisor sets.
