Cloud Engineer – Azure (NECX x Troubleshoot Limited)

Overview:
NECX, in collaboration with Troubleshoot Limited, is hiring a Cloud Engineer to build and manage secure, real-time communication platforms for agencies and organizations handling highly sensitive data. This role focuses on Azure-based infrastructure, emphasizing security, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.

You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining our cloud systems — ensuring they are robust, automated, and ready to scale as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and optimize Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Manage and scale AKS clusters, ensuring high availability and observability.
• Maintain Azure PostgreSQL databases and storage systems with a focus on reliability and cost control.
• Implement and refine CI/CD pipelines for seamless, efficient deployments.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align infrastructure with application requirements.
• Continuously enhance cloud cost efficiency, monitoring, and developer productivity.
• Contribute to Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) strategies for mission-critical workloads.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (AKS, PostgreSQL, Storage, Monitoring, etc.).
• Expertise in Terraform, Bicep, or other IaC tools.
• Knowledge of container orchestration, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud security, networking, and performance optimization.
• Problem-solving mindset and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
