Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrutinize and evaluate CMSME credit proposals as per lending guidelines/PPG.
- Visit applicant’s location for validating financials and due diligence of provided information.
- Provide recommendation of CMSME proposals to appropriate authority after analyzing financial information, credit worthiness of applicant and CIB reports.
- Ensure turnaround time (TAT) in assessing credit proposals properly.
- Maintain MIS on regular basis and generate various performance reports to CRM.
- Assist Supervisor in other activities.
Key Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree, or Master’s degree. Degree on Business Administration will be an added advantage.
- Professional certification on CMSME credit will be an added advantage.
- 2-6 years of professional experience in the field of CMSME business/CMSME credit.
- Extensive knowledge of CMSME business, CMSME loan assessment, Credit risk management, Regulatory compliance etc.
- Proven track record in credit assessment and reduce assessment turnaround time significantly.
- Exceptional analytical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
