Co-Founder & Director of Engineering Sales Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Vision and Strategy Development: Develop and articulate the long-term vision and strategy for engineering sales that align with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth and expand the company’s footprint.

Sales Management

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and implement sales strategies tailored to engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs, and providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
  • Customer Acquisition: Oversee the acquisition of new customers and markets, leveraging relationships and networks to drive sales growth.
