Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
We are looking for an experienced, Expert, dynamic, highly potential Color Master (Supervisor) for Flatbed Printing Section of Saad Textile Processing Ltd.
Responsibilities:
- Overall supervision of printing, design, sampling, color & finishing
- To supervise the operators & helpers of entire Flatbed Printing Section
- To train staff on color management techniques and processes.
- Making daily production plan to archive target
- Developing chemical recipes to produce different colors & dyes
- Develop precise color formulas /recipes based on customer specifications, sample & picture/artwork.
- Ensuring best output and timely production of Printing as per production plan with due consideration of quality.
- Printing cost calculation and suggesting the cost-effective solutions for optimum production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve color-related issues in production.
- Assure to design OK against customer
- All type of complaint handling like departmental & Customer
- To re-solve the customer Complains
- Machine problem must be resolved during production
- Make sure the Fabric Ready for Print within 24 Hours after it is received in Printing Section.
- Document color formulations and maintain a database for repeat orders
- End of the Month submit complete cost recipes to Audit Dept.
