Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are looking for an experienced, Expert, dynamic, highly potential Color Master (Supervisor) for Flatbed Printing Section of Saad Textile Processing Ltd.

Responsibilities:

• Overall supervision of printing, design, sampling, color & finishing
• To supervise the operators & helpers of entire Flatbed Printing Section
• To train staff on color management techniques and processes.
• Making daily production plan to archive target
• Developing chemical recipes to produce different colors & dyes
• Develop precise color formulas /recipes based on customer specifications, sample & picture/artwork.
• Ensuring best output and timely production of Printing as per production plan with due consideration of quality.
• Printing cost calculation and suggesting the cost-effective solutions for optimum production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve color-related issues in production.
• Assure to design OK against customer
• All type of complaint handling like departmental & Customer
• To re-solve the customer Complains
• Machine problem must be resolved during production
• Make sure the Fabric Ready for Print within 24 Hours after it is received in Printing Section.
• Document color formulations and maintain a database for repeat orders
• End of the Month submit complete cost recipes to Audit Dept.
