The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s)- Commercial Area Monitor and supervise all the activities of the commercial department.

Responsible for managing all commercial activities like issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/ correction, shipment, payment realization, payment release etc. Corresponding & Communication with C&F Agent, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarder, Transport agency & for operation, Liaison with Banks, BIDA, CCIE, VAT office, Tax Office and all other required offices, Export section, Import section, Customs section, Bank section, and Audit section.
Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Handle all contracts & agreements, related to domestic & international business.
Design and draft deeds, lease agreements, resolutions, and other documents; Co-operates with suppliers (Local & Foreign) for commercial related work.
File oppositions in matters where the title is being passed or property is being encumbered and there are arrears due and payable to the Company.
Draft and/ or review letters, contracts, and agreements and monitor obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as requested.
