• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Commerce (MCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience

• At least 7 years

  Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Packaging Industry, Garments Accessories

Responsibilities & Context

• Manage and supervise all commercial activities including export-import, back-to-back L/Cs, UD, customs, bond, etc.
• Handle raw material sourcing, materials booking, banking, shipping documentation, and buyer communications.
• Also maintain real-time communication with C&F agents, freight forwarders & port authorities to ensure smooth cargo clearance and delivery.
• Ensure customs bond license maintenance and periodic audit compliance.
• Export documentation (Packing list & Commercial Invoice).
• Import LC opening & Document clearance.
• Shipment schedule follow-up.
• Any kind of license & certificate renewal.
• Musak writing 6.3
• IBP, LTR follow-up.
• Sanction & Mortgage follow-up.
• PI prepare.
• Train and lead the commercial team to maintain buyer compliance standards and efficient documentation flow.
