  • Minimum 02 years of relevant professional experience for BBA/BBS/B.Com.
  • Minimum 03 years of relevant professional experience for Diploma.
  • Proven data entry experience as a data entry operator.
  • Good command of communication skills both in Bangla and English.·
  • Experience with MS office and data programs.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and team player.
  • Willingness to transfer at any place where UCEP has its activities.
  • Age limit for the applicant would be 35 years. Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.

Responsibilities & Context

Nature of Job: Project Staff.

Job Purpose: Ensure entering all necessary data into different computer databases, manage and maintain effective record keeping; organizing files to collect information for future uses so that UCEP Bangladesh can achieve its mission, vision and goal efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in enrolling new students and trainees, withdrawing students/trainees, and updating students/trainees’ information.
  • Maintain school records and files related to students’ enrollment and fees collection.
  • Collect students/trainees’ fees and collections by providing money receipts and deposit the fees and school’s collection in bank accounts timely.
  • Ensure that all financial and accounting functions of UCEP Bangladesh following compliance related policies and assist to prepare monthly budget variance report and disseminate at regional level.
  • Provide necessary support and cooperation for auditing by the internal / external / other audit teams.
  • Ensure proper documentation both electronic and hard copies of all financial records.
  • Assist in all asset record including workshops equipment & furniture, verify updated inventory records of all assets in coordination with relevant teams as well as proper management and record keeping of wastages, by-products, finished products of training.
  • Maintain day-to-day accounts including petty cash management.
  • Maintain MIS and support in ensuring timeliness and quality of data in ERP system as well as contribute to ensure in maintaining trainee tracking system, program database and timely reporting.
  • Support preparing budget of Technical Schools/TVET Institutes and ensure its effective and efficient implementation.
  • Compile with data integrity and security policies, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.·     Maintain strict confidentiality of information, documents, and other internal and external communications.
  • Carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the UCEP authority as and when necessary.

Compensation & Other Benefits

Salary: Monthly BDT. 16,500/- (Consolidated).

Compensation & Benefits: As per organizational/project policy.
