Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare USG & X-Ray Report as per instruction of Sonologist & Radiologist.
- Accurately input, update, and maintain patient information and diagnostic imaging data.
- Generate and distribute USG and XRay reports to relevant departments and medical professionals.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and system backups, to ensure system reliability and security.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and imaging software.
- Maintain detailed records of system performance, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered and resolved.
- Ensure that all patient data is handled in compliance with regulations and other relevant security protocols.
- Work closely with the IT department and radiology team to improve system performance and address any technical challenges.
