Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers to ensure smooth execution of construction work.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
Prepare and submit daily progress reports, including work updates, resource utilization, and challenges faced.
Resolve on-site issues and conflicts, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Manage and optimize the use of construction materials, equipment, and manpower.
Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and government authorities, to ensure alignment with project goals.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as per design and specifications.
Train and mentor junior staff and laborers to enhance productivity and skill levels.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all site activities.
Motorcycle driving skill is “Mandatory”
