Responsibilities & Context
- Assist and guide international patients throughout their treatment journey
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and interpreters
- Ensure patient comfort and clear communication at all stages
- Provide ongoing support during medical visits and procedures
- Maintain daily patient logs and report to the supervisor or case manager
