Help implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the school.
Assist in monitoring the academic performance of the students and supporting teachers in achieving academic excellence.
Work with the administrative team to manage budgets, resources, and facilities.
Help promote the vision and mission of AEA.
Ensure the overall academic functions as well as assistance to the Senior Management Team.
Coordinate, guide, and train the teachers as per requirement.
Guide and train the new teachers to get accustomed to the system of the school.
Responsible for disciplining the students and teachers -Prepare Questions, Routines/Exam Routines, Syllabus, Session plans, Lesson Plans, teaching materials according to the Cambridge.
Assessment International Education standard develop training module, handbook, and School policies as required.
Ensure teachers take classes properly and timely according to the syllabus make strategic plans for admissions.
Conduct Monitor and evaluation of Teachers, perform Class Observations according to the AEA standard -Responsible for overall safety and security of the students and staffs.
All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result.
