Additional Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR – REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 7+ years of MNC experience in a similar role with international experience.
Good command on writing and editing high-level briefings and consultation responses, people management and political acumen.
Ability to gather information from formal and informal open-source channels.
Foreign Experience preferable.

WHAT WILL YOU DO – RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the creation of company positions and supporting documentation on related topics and issues, support management in engaging directly with regulators and policy makers to ensure our views are heard and considered before new regulations are adopted.
Promote JTI’s interests via active participation in industry associations, and development of relationships among all allies and stakeholders.
Retain a thorough understanding of all Tax/VAT/Customs policy issues affecting the Tobacco industry.
Coordinate different engagements with political advisers, civil servants, non-departmental public bodies, or regulators to keep them informed about JTI’s work and policy concerns.
