  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Lead and manage the tele sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Engage with potential and existing customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote our products/services.
  • Develop and implement effective tele sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities and increase customer acquisition.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to tele sales executives, ensuring high performance and motivation.
  • Track team performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for management review.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Meeting with corporate and potential clients daily, weekly, and monthly basis to achieve sales target.
  • Meeting with clients virtually or physically.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through physical visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Market visit to see competitor’s activities.Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
  • MUST have his own motorbike. Company will bear the fuel cost.
