Responsibilities & Context
A strong understanding of the entry requirements for respective destination is essential.
The candidate must stay updated on the admission policies of competitors, partners, and other universities
Ability to handle new students and their enquirers day-to-day via phone, email, or text
Ability to complete a task on time and work under pressure following time and action plan for each task/project
Ability to process the application without any error to the University/Partners portal
Ability to prepare necessary documents, filling out forms, and maintaining student files and records.
High customer service standards and the ability to engage in proactive sales, cross-sales, and follow-ups to convert leads are essential.
Ability to self-motivate and self-manage student portfolio through positive relationship management.
Liaise with Partner Universities in a professional and timely manner.
The candidate should have a solid understanding of digital marketing tools and be proficient in Microsoft Office to effectively carry out these responsibilities.
Able to organize and conduct informational meetings and programs to explain admission requirements, policies, and procedures.
Able to facilitate workshops, support groups, and other events to provide further assistance.
The candidate must be dynamic, capable of working under pressure and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
